Randy and Nick both provided our company with an excellent experience, followed by a terrific product. The customer service matched with the right products make Best Name Badges the best choice for us and should be for you too!

We have never had name badges before so when we found the company we were a little skeptical about the online process and how our logo, which is a rainbow with a pot of gold, would turn out. The ordering process was very easy to do and they got our logo exactly how we wanted it to be .As a small company cost is a huge factor in all that we do. We were amazed at the quality of work, attention to detail, quality of the product, an speed at which it was completed. Great customer service!

I haven't been the easiest customer. I've asked all kinds of questions, requested additional software, and in general made a nuisance of myself. Randy has been there for me all along with his swift replies and easy answers. He gave me solutions for printing labels that I hadn't even anticipated, and he sold me on the company's software program merely by sending me a free trial of the software. I wasn't even looking for that simple a solution! Randy has helped me all the way through this process. He's a wonderful representative for your company, and I appreciate having him as a resource.

Received our order today, less than one week after we ordered. The logo looks fantastic! I was a little apprehensive about what we would receive due to the complexity of our logo and the cost per unit (cheap), but it looks FANTASTIC. Setup fee was also very inexpensive. We are very pleased with what we received today.

We have ordered from them multiple times. Orders have always been ready promptly and have exceeded our expectations every time. Customer service is also top rate and a please to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Of course, I was in a jam. I had waited until the final hour before a HUGE event to place a name badge order. Randy followed up to ensure that I received them in time. Plus, the name badges are really nice, we get compliments on them all the time. Simply the best all around!
