I have been wearing hair systems for a year and a half now. I have ordered from other companies and the quality was good but the price was way too much ..So a little story of what brought me to BHS. I wanted to find a system with the same "V "Shaped hair line that was graduated..so i went down the ebay hole..I purchased a system and got extremely lucky with it ..it was the same hair system i had purchased from the big hair company. I was so excited. I felt comfortable and wanted to buy more of them. The only problem was i wanted it from the same seller to get the same exact system, but they were out of stock..so i had to wait.I got really impatient that 2-3 weeks went buy and nothing..After 3 weeks they messaged me and said "HURRY ORDER QUICK " There are more in stock !..so i did and a week and a half after waiting i got a cheap imitation ..so i ordered from a seller that advertised what i was looking for with the same stock photos but after days of messaging back and fourth they assured me it was the same exact thing. When i received it it was a total sham! a cheap imitation of what i wanted. I was furious ! this happened to me two times and both times i had to return them ..but now i was with no back up system. Anyway i found BHS on a whim because i googled the serial # of my system and seen images of my exact base and hairline on BHS.I called them because they have a customer service line which i was SO pleased with. BHS is an actual company with actual people that wok there to help you with any issue you have. I asked the lady if the systems they were advertising were the same as what they would be shipping and they confirmed. i had an issue with the first system they sent over ..but let me tell you they were QUICK to resolve it. No questions asked they sent me over a replacement. Of course i mailed out the one they sent the first time but i was so pleased i bought another one on the spot. They sent over the two systems in one package! The customer service in my opinion is stellar!! and if i have any issues i can speak to a human not email someone in China that is questionable at best! I still have to use the system and put it through its paces to give you a review of the system. The hairline and quality of the system is exactly what i wanted,. The prices are the lowest i have seen besides buying Crap advertised as authentic on EBAY. Dont do it!! Find a company that backs its products and don't just want your money. Im very pleased I found BHS. I will test the system and let you know how it fairs. As of now i'm beyond pleased with the customer service and quality of products i have received this far ! I will recommend BHS to anyone that wants a quality piece, Great Customer service and great prices! Thank you Eddie!, Im beyond enamored with the service i have received this far . What a pleasant experience. Im excited to continue to be a loyal customer to BHS! Amazing quality, fast service, great communication!

Great quality of hair. Feels and lays great. The shipping is fast. For the cost of the system compared to others I wish the shipping was free and the system didn’t loose hair so very fast. Right at 4 weeks. It started loosing hair day 1. Luckily it’s got a good amount of hair it actually looks better as it thins. Don’t be fooled though...at week 4 you’ll look like a bald chicken 🤣

Updated review- August 2019 2 custom orders so far, 9 weeks delivery time for each, which is reasonable. Hair quality very nice, color match not so much. First system almost there, second system a complete miss (misunderstanding with the factory). An innocent mistake, I think, so they get a pass. Good experience with stock systems- nice quality- availability of systems with some grey percentages somewhat limited in my experience. Exceptionally nice people to work with- customer focused, available and responsive. They genuinely seem to care that customers are satisfied. Overall still a fan- 4 stars. ___________________________________ Original review- posted April 2019 I've been buying hair for close to 20 years. Recently, I began looking for a new source of hair because of ongoing quality issues with my current vendor. I chose “Besthairsystem” because of the positive reviews I read here on Trust Pilot, and so far have not been disappointed. I started off with a stock system and it is as good as any custom system I’ve ever owned, and much better than most of them As for customer service, it’s been just terrific so far. Overall, I am very pleased and have chosen them to replace my existing supplier of hair.

Product was just as advertised and beautiful my only problem was it was very very very thin I don't know if I'll be able to use it but customer service was great they got it to me in record time and I appreciate all of those attributes

BHS are extremely courteous as far as replying to emails and answering questions on certian concerns which makes the experience very easy . Product wise I have never a problem and their shipping is always on time and sometimes quicker than what is specified . Always a great experience ! Cheers
