I am actually amazing at how amazing quality these football tops are so so happy with them and definitely will be buying more.

Ordered a couple of football tops. One of the tops had the wrong name on them. Have been emailing them for a replacement, say they are sending a replacement, over 2 months later still waiting. Shocking!!!!

I've ordered 2 jerseys, I received only one. I placed the order on 15/06, since then I wrote multiple time to the Customer Service without any luck to get the missing jersey or a refund.

One of my friends recommended me to this site as they have previously ordered from here before. I have not yet received the items yet but for the price I paid this company is up there for pricing and selection. Only reason I have given a 4 star is my 15% discount code did not work. But I still ordered it.

Service has improved with order tracking. However emails always seem to go to junk and the tracking only works once the item is with the Royal Mail

This review is for lovefootballI, but best footofficacial.net is the site mentioned in the terms and conditions in relation to liability. They are mentioned several times in this. I have ordered from the in July/August and had no issues. But this issue has been handled so badly by so many different members of staff I wouldn't order again and I wouldn't recommend. Ordered 11th September. Received confirmation that order has been shipped in full. Emailed to ask was there an issue as tracking hasn't been updated in nearly 10 days. The responded saying items were out of stock that I could order something else. I asked why was it advised the order had shipped in the full, another email came in saying order is despatched in full I'll have it in 10days, few moments later another email saying DHL has lost it and they'll resend, then another email 30mins later it's out of stock. I asked for a refunded as I needed the items by a certain date due to going travelling, they responded I had to pick another item, then another email items will be delivered in full. I continued to ask for a refund as it's not my fault that some of the items were out of stock etc they advised it's not there problem that stock come and go all the time they do not need to updated there inventory as it might MIGHT come back into stock. On 14th October some of the items arrived, and the items advised first as our of stock were in fact not there. I emailed again asking for a refund they responded to with a screenshot my tracking information showing delivered even through they advised several different things. I have several emails of them advising items out of stock. There not going to refund what I did not receive.Do not order from here. Extremely bad customer service. Long story short, they new items where missing, despatched order saying in full, admitted several times to items being short but now because they lied on despatch system they will not refund. P.s someone else I know ordered from this site week after me spent a lot more than me and is having similar issues but they won't respond to them.
