Ordered replica of away top for Hull City.Unfortunately, I received a T-shirt with a pattern that differs from the one shown in the online listing. When I contacted the seller, they initially agreed with me and promised to deliver the correct product, but later informed me that I wouldn't be receiving what I ordered after all. It’s simply a scam—be careful.

I purchased multiple products from the website and had to wait nearly 2 months before receiving after they never informed me I was ordering an item not in stock. After this frustrating wait the quality was horrendous and nothing like the website describes. My items came in wrong colours and with spelling mistakes. After getting in touch and complaining I was brushed off with cheap offers of compensation of as little as $3 for a £40 order. They then tried to convince me the original shirt was wrong and their version was correct! The only way I’d achieve compensation was by giving them more money by ordering multiple shirts again which I flat out refused as there products are NOT worth it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Major scam. I ordered a shirt. They sent me something similar that didn't exist on their site and when I said this is not what I ordered they were telling me "no it is" and if you don't like the shirt we can offer you 3 then 10 then 15$. I didn't accept and I file for a chargeback with my bank. Yesterday my bank called me and they ask me whether I made some charges at 5:40 in the morning. I suspect that they used the card. First time this happened with fake charges and right after I used their site. So keep away . It's a big scam site

First time i ordered the payment was cancelled. Second time i ordered 5 jerseys. It took more than 3 weeks for them to arrive and one is missing. The reply of customer service also takes long so i am not sure if i am ever going to see this missing jersey. The quality and price is alright. Cheap and fake. I wouldn’t recommend to order from here. It was really stressful

Ordered two kits but only one arrived. Trying to email them but of course the emails are bouncing back. “Your message wasn't delivered to support[at]bestfootballofficial.com because the domain bestfootballofficial.com couldn't be found.” haha. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Also, delivery took 20 days from the day the order was placed.

I bought the Turkey jersey, the colors do not match, the print looks very cheap I have often written to customer service, I was not helped. I should then send photos, but nothing has changed. They offered me €3 as compensation. But what am I supposed to do with it. I paid almost €30. And for several days I have not received an answer at all. I won't order anything there anymore

ho ordinato 2 maglie mi hanno dato il codice di tracciamento ma sono quasi 3 settimane che il tracciamento non è disponibile ho contattato due volte l'assistenza ma non mi rispondono, una bella fregatura

STAY WELL AWAY! The company have sold me a stained top and after contacting them they offered a replacement if I ordered another top so I did but then my new top came and my replacement didn’t. They said that it’s coming separately to then ignore my message and say it’s out of stock. After 6 weeks it’s still not resolved.
