shipped to wrong address
even though i put in the correct address to send it to you sent it to my address not the shipping address which cost me $4 additional to ship to the correct address... i'm not happy and my patient had to wait for an extra week for their herb

We do not tamper with addresses unless they appear as invalid in our shipping system. Perhaps this address was saved in your auto-fill and was mistakenly entered into this order.
