Best Chinese MedicinesReviews of bestchinesemedicines.com

This company is a scam. They don’t send your order and I think their products are fake. I bought a few items from them that I usually buy from their competitor. None of the herbs work as well as the ones I got from competitor. Not sure where they’re sourcing their products from…

This company is a fraud. I placed an order with them. They never confirmed my order or sent me any shipping information. I have tried to contact them and they do not respond. I called my bank and disputed the charge.

I ordered a product that when I received it, it was open. It was also very short dated with less than a year left before the expiration date. I emailed the company four times about it and have heard nothing back. They do not have a phone number that I can find. I will not use this company again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

This company is constantly harassing me. They refuse to stop. I have begged them to stop sending me information and it's as if the more I ask the more they send. I have never ordered anything from them nor will I ever be a part of this company I have no interest and yet they refuse to leave me alone. It is officially harassment at this point.

Very disappointed! I ordered Yunnan Baiyao for my very sick cat. Had to buy over 50 Dollars Shipping costs. Package never arrived: guess what, they shipped with UPS, the worst delivery company ever. Seller refused to investigate the case, said all liability was on my side. UPS startet investigation after I did start one, but refused to share the investigation results, said, the Seller got the report. Seller said, they did not get any report. So, someone is lying! At the end of the day: I spend almost 200 USD and did not get the urgently needed medecine for my cat. Well done Best Chinese Medicinies - you should really be proud of yourself. You only have gaining money in your mind!! Shame on you!

Their shipping is so slow that my dog died before the medicine got to me. I wrote and informed them that my dog had died and I had not received the product yet and I wanted a refund. They said I would have to pay shipping to send it beck, they would then get around to refunding me minus the shipping and a restocking fee of $5. So I would have paid my shipping back to them, their $6.95 and $5. Are you kidding? That is practically the cost of the product. What's the refund for?! I donated the product to a rescue. I will NEVER use this company again.

This company is a nightmare. Place two orders. Horrible customer service ... WHAT company does Not have phone number?????? Scammers. They delete bad feedbacks

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Not recommended. I paid $15 for "fast " shipping... still waiting..wow
