This review is for the representative Tom. Such a horrible experience with him and he should not be able to talk to customers. I have all my calls with him documented and messages that proves how they handle business is not appropriate. I am seeking legal counsel to get my money back as I was promised a receipt of refund today and did not receive. I will remove once I receive my money.

Honestly I was super nervous at first because I had 5 vehicles to ship and had no idea how it was gonna go. But Tom really came through for me! He handled everything from Wyoming and I swear I did not have to stress about a single thing. The price was fair and when it came to negotiating he was really easy to work with - not pushy at all. All 5 vehicles arrived safe and sound. Genuinely a great experience and I would 100% recommend Tom to anyone who needs their car shipped. Will definitely be coming back!
