Best Car Shipping IncReviews of bestcarshippinginc.com

Reliable, Quick, Transparent, and Honest. I read through the posted reviews and it looks like a few customers came on here to bash Best car shipping for no other reason than they have a complete lack of understanding on how transportation function. Don't let the emotional reviews dissuade you from contracting with Best Car ship, let them deal with the drivers... trust me you have better things to do with your time. Best Car ship has been our dealership's "go to" for over a year and they have been great, they are consistently the quickest with the best price. We ship 3-8 vehicles per month with Best Car ship, their fares are transparent and they are quick to help when changes need to be made. Not sure what else you could ask for a transporter. Thank Davin!

Excelente servicio al cliente gracias

I was in conflict whether to transport my car or drive it back myself..I received numerous calls and texts from different companies..it was Tom Walker at Best Car shipping who after a number of back and forth calls I began to trust what he was telling me was truthful…I was going to hire Best Car shipping but after my wife spoke more about it .we decided we were going to drive the car back ourselves..

Complete and total frauds do not use this company they will rip you off they are completely unreliable frauds they took my money never called me back I have called them 50 times and now these cowards won't even answer the phone do not use them I hope they go out of business or get sued. Live and learn look up reviews before you ever spend your money on anything especially these fraudsters

Jack Miller was my sales Specialist and I will say he was very attentive and he quickly answered any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process. I was very pleased with him. He was the bright spot in the process. My only complaint for the process was the under selling the price of the shipping only having to come up with a lot of additional funds in order to get my vehicle in a timely fashion. I was not happy about that at all. Just be honest in the beginning and give an actual average price. Car was received timely and all ended well in the end.

I recently moved from New York to California with this company and they are the worst. Joel called and texted me for weeks to book with them the moment I did the communication with silent. The day comes from my pick up no call or text from Joel until I called him four times. After, Steve calls me to tell me their no one available to pick my car up and it will have to be tomorrow. He also told me that Joel was available even though I just got off the phone with him. After a long back and forth, Steve says he going to call me back because he going to try to find me a driver. Three hours later I had to call them company to be told they found someone for twice the price. After another back and forth he put me on the phone with Mike the manager and I received a “discount”. If you sign a contract with this company make sure in the contract they put that the price they told you for weeks is the final price before signing. When the driver came to pick my car, I had belongings in the car even though the contact says that we can have 100 pounds in the car. The driver informed me no one explain it to him and that I have to pay extra(so much for the discount). The driver was for the company Carrier United All Express. He was sweet and understanding of you can just contact the company directly for shipping. This is the worst company ever. I wasn’t going to write a review until they contacted me and ask what would I rate them and when I said 1. They doing mad and told me this was a 5 start service. I don’t write reviews ever(check my account) but they deserve it
