Tom walker did good job finding some one to haul my car

Horrible company, save your time, stress, and money. I worked with Mike Ross and booked my car shipping for mid June, 6/12, way back in April from Austin to Chicago. Come June, I called him again and he said he's still working on it. On 6/11, he said he had no one to ship my car. I had to told him I was going to Chicago in the afternoon on 6/13 and need my car picked up before then, and yet he didnt find anyone. Last minute, he raised the price from $445 (the price he promised me over and over again and was put in the contract) to upwards of $800 and said there's nothing he could do about it. I had to leave my car back in Austin and will be figuring out with someone else. They then told me they'd refund my $100 and I still haven't received the refund. It's now August.

Deal was completed in a timely fashion.

The person who helped me was Davin Anderson, although the price originally discussed changed overnight due to drivers not wanting to take my car. He provided me a driver in less than 24 hours and it was all smooth with no hiccups.

I have used them 3 times and I have had a positive experience with their services. Delivery is great and on time. Mike Ross was very helpful, courteous, and easy to work with.
