I love my canvas piece! It came boxed up, surrounded in cardboard and plastic. I don’t always have the best luck with items arriving with no damage but this time I did! Great care was taken so that no damage was done during shipping. I am very satisfied:)

Even though The shipping via FedEx sucks with broken frame and delivering to wrong address, this was not Best Canvas wall art fault. The customer service is beyond exceptional They Have offered replace both my shipments Even though fedex screwed them up. The artwork is very nice And happy I purchased them

The Customer Service is second to none. Had a problem with the 1st photo I submitted. Best Canvas informed me that the photo is blurry, and would make a poor finished product. I submitted another photo of better quality, which they were able to work with. I feel that their honesty speaks for itself about the company. Will do business with them, anytime…!! I’ve made mistakes in the past and unfortunately, this is just another screw up. This is the cheapest piece of low quality “art” I’ve ever purchased. If I would have seen and touched it before I purchased it, I would have paid $5 for it. My lack of good judgement allowed me to pay close to $100 to have this thing delivered to my house. Total mass produced crap. I’m never buying anything like this through some random internet site again. I expected something special and it’s just another disappointment. I’m not sending it back because I own the mistake I made and I don’t ever want to work with this company again. Buyer beware, as always. Do yourself a favour and buy things like this in person or you will get taken by these internet thieves.

My wife loves the print everything went smooth with delivery a little more communication with shipping information would be nice but overall it was a good experience
