Love the canvas art that we received. It came to us fairly quickly. After it arrived, I checked the box that it came in and it had parts of the box torn and ripped. After opening the box I pulled out the art. Looked good except there was a crease near the middle of the art. I waited a couple days to see if it would go away, it didn't and I reached out to the company via email, no response. Next the hanging hooks to use had no directions on how to use it. I reached out to the company, no response. I would say customer service via Contact US or email is terrible. Still have not received any communication regarding the crease or how to use the hooks. Product is good Customer service is poor

I am happy with the finished product, but unhappy with the communication. Their ad said they would send a preview before they printed and they sent nothing. It also took much longer to get than the ad said. No tracking number was sent either. They need better customer service.

I ordered a picture about 3 weeks ago. I did not receive a notice about a delivery date. I have not received it yet. Multiple attempts to contact "support" have not been responded to. I have paid for this item, yet the tracking portal didn't recognize my order number. The number is #BEST_39321.

Never received! I ordered a memorial item for my Mom 01/12/24 for the loss of her dog. I misspelled a word and immediately emailed to let them know. No response. 3 days later I emailed them again. No response. I called my cc company to report them. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund. Now they've sent me this email asking how my experience was as if I've received my order. I don't believe this company is located in the US. My mistake! No other way tocontact them. No telephone number, nothing. BEWARE!!

I thought I was ordering wallpaper to give a trompe L'oiel look. I am trying to send these back. It obviously was not clear to me that these were actually framed pictures.

Poor service. I ordered this I’ve 20 days ago and have yet to receive the item or get any status up date. I have tried to cancel and can get no response or refund.

I am so happy with the two additional prints I recently purchased. Such vivid and beautiful prints. I love a print in canvas style. Website is user friendly and orders come in quickly.
