The experience seemed too good to be true. No shipping. No core charge. No hassle. Showed up on time at my shop, picked up core without hassle, and it was the cheapest online. The quality has been great so far. Appx 10,000 miles in and not a hiccup. Purchased a 6l80 for my 2012 suburban ltz and would not hesitate to use again if needed. My advice, just buy it. You won't find better deal. I tried.

I Decided to go with the person who was the most pleasant and helpful on the phone and was pleased but not surprised by excellent service from Best buy transmission. All things similar you have to go with the best customer service. my instincts were right on this one. I would recommend them to anyone

I just purchased a re-manufactured E40D transmission for my 1997 Motor-home. It arrived within a week and was VERY well packaged. I swapped out the core and installed my new unit. It has work flawlessly for 800 miles so far. The price was GREAT, and the customer service was Tops!! Thank You, Tom

Hope this help's in decision making. I'm a 64 yr old man, do most of my own work, replaced my motor Jan 2018 by myself ok. Had my tranny rebuilt less than 2yrs ago for $2600.00, lasted 80,000 mi, lost 3rd and 4th (it's an automatic 460E 4X4) for you people in the know. 2005 GMC with over 560,000 miles on it. I use it for escorting oversize loads... lot of miles. Got the BB transmission delivered to my home in 3 days, the core picked up in 2 days. I've already logged over 3,000 miles on it, in a month, no leaks, no problems, no codes! I've had 2 calls from their team because of a concern witch turned out to be nothing. Best Buy Transmissions get five stars and five thumbs up from me! I purchased a transmission for a 1997 GMC in August 2017. The unit arrived as promised, and fit like a glove. The transmission performed flawlessly from installation, however we had a ‘check engine light’ error that indicated a low voltage on the brake switch output. I mentioned it Best Buy Transmission when they made a follow-up call. They told me it was important, and had to be addressed immediately or the transmission could bet ruined - and they helped me troubleshoot the problem with excellent advice and schematics. They also helped with a few additional wiring issues, and the truck runs like new. I just received another communication from them in May 2018 to confirm it’s still performing well! Could not be happier with a vendor.

Best Buy Transmission is by far one of the best companies I've dealt with in ages. Customer service is awesome. I ordered a transmission think it'd take a week to get here, it arrived in 1 day which put me behind the 8 ball on installing because of prior obligations. Not being able to get the core back in time, I called the company and was informed "no problem" and core return window was adjusted.
