Best Buy TransmissionReviews of bestbuytransmission.com

In One Word,....Fantastic! Very pleased with the transmission and torque converter I purchased for my 1990 Ford Bronco. Sales was friendly and very helpful to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Shipping & core return was so easy, It could not be easier & was better than I expected. I strongly recommend Best Buy Transmission for anyone looking to buy a replacement transmission.

Great company. Made it very easy to return core.

Great company with great customer service, the phone call with the core return agent was pleasant and helpful. When the shipping company failed the first pickup, B.B.T. we're very helpful in rescheduling the shipping company again. Got a a great deal for my dad's rebuilt trans with a great warranty for the price I paid. LKQ didn't come close to the deal I got. Trans came in secure packaging and worked out the box. I am very happy with the service I got.

Experience was respectful. The people on the best phone new what i needed and fast service. My transmission was delived to my front door. It was overall good experince. I would recomend Best buy tramsmission to anyone. I am happy the ending results

Our company has purchased at least five units from Best Buy Transmissions and they have all performed flawlessly. Packaging and appearance, as well as arranging for core return, is great. Just make sure the cooler and lines are flushed thoroughly or replaced, codes are dealt with, external grounds are in place, and the proper fluid is used and you will not have any issues. Highly recommend.

I needed a 4L60E transmission for my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1/2 ton pickup. I did some research online and determined that Best Buy Transmission had the best warranty of 5 years or 100,000 miles. I called them on a Wednesday afternoon and they had the transmission to my shop for installation the next afternoon. This was extremely fast delivery. My shop installed the transmission and it has operated great. Return of the core was very easy also. 5 stars from me

The purchase of my 6L80E for my 2012 Yukon Denali was seamless. The guys from sales to tech support answered all of my questions and responded to every call and email promptly. I let all of my friends know that these are the guys to call if in the unfortunate event of transmission problems. The local transmission shops in my area couldn't touch the pricing or the warranty. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

After a search for a particular transmission for my car, BestBuy Transmission had just what I was looking for. The warranty was the best that I found anywhere and the fast shipping, great customer service, and the ease of the whole process, it would be foolish to search elsewhere.
