Their diamonds is outstanding, I highly recommend
After extensive research, I chose to purchase from them and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The quality of their diamonds is outstanding, and their team was always helpful and responsive to all my questions. The ring turned out exceptional, and my fiancée absolutely loved it. I highly recommend them and will certainly be purchasing more jewelry in the future.

I wanted to purchase a lab grown diamond because after all the researching, more bang for the buck! But, I was very skeptical about online purchases for a diamond ring. After talking with a few companies, I went with Best Brilliance. It was the correct choice. Initially I spoke to Paul and then Julieanne. Both reassured me that they would be there in the beginning and later if I needed something. The zoom call with Julieanne was awesome and covered everything and was not pushing one way or the other. She provided the best info for my choice. The ring shipped in time and arrived in time. Once I was able to see the ring in person, oh my goodness!! It was stunning. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Julieanne and Best Brilliance!

Hi Scott, I’m glad your research led you to us. We know buying a diamond online is a high-consideration decision, and we take the responsibility of being your "correct choice" very seriously. Paul and Julieanne are the best at what they do because they focus on decision support rather than a sales pitch. I’ll be sure to share this with them. Hearing that the ring was stunning in person is the only outcome we work for. We would love to see a photo of the proposal. ❤️ Seeing the final result of the work is exactly why we're here. Wishing you and yours a lifetime of good health and happiness. Best, The Best Brilliance Team

Had the best experience working with…
Had the best experience working with Julieanne and her team at Best Brilliance on my wife’s rings. Julieanne was great to work with and the speed, quality and customer service was above and beyond what we could have expected. My wife is in love with the rings we ordered and we’re definitely a customer for life.

Mary
Mary, and a couple of other associates at Best Brilliance were phenomenal. Mary took the time to find just the right ring for my wife. And when it didn’t work out with my wife, Mary was extremely diligent and empathetic in helping me with the return process. If I ever buy again, it will be through BB. They are a rare entity in the diamond buying world. I would highly recommend anybody searching for a diamond, to exclusively use BB. PS: Ask for Mary!

Hi Chase, Thank you for such a thoughtful review. Mary is phenomenal, and we’re so glad she could be there for you through both the selection and the return process. Buying a diamond is a big emotional investment, and as a boutique team, we believe empathy and diligence are just as important as the sparkle. Whenever you're ready for the next piece, we'll be here. Absolutely gorgeous rings and great service!
I ordered both an engagement ring and a wedding band from Best Brilliance, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I had a pretty urgent timeline (less than one month), and their team made sure the rings arrived on time, which I truly appreciated. The rings are absolutely gorgeous and even more beautiful in person. The craftsmanship and sparkle exceeded my expectations, and everything arrived exactly as promised. My only recommendation would be regarding the website chat feature. I experienced some difficulty replying to the representative, and it seems there may be a small technical issue with the chat system that prevented me from replying back. Aside from that, the overall experience was excellent. I would absolutely recommend BestBrilliance to anyone looking for stunning rings, reliable service, and affordable prices, especially when timing matters.

Hi Ratchada, Thank you for the kind words. We know that wedding timelines are non-negotiable, and our team takes a lot of pride in going above and beyond to hit those deadlines. Protecting the trust you place in us for such a significant purchase is exactly why we do what we do. I have also noted your feedback regarding the chat system. We value that technical insight as it helps us ensure our service remains as sharp as our craftsmanship. Congratulations on your wedding, and thank you for choosing Best Brilliance. Love my ring!
Customer service is excellent! My engagement ring that me and my fiancée chose is absolutely gorgeous! At first when we were shopping, I was a little nervous ordering a ring online… but once it arrived we both were pleased with the ring! Shipping was excellent! Arrived right on time! If I knew how to post a pic of my ring I would! It’s absolutely gorgeous, I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on it.

Thank you, Lore. Honestly, you’re not alone. A lot of people feel nervous buying an engagement ring online, and that hesitation makes total sense. Hearing that the moment it arrived you both felt good about the decision is exactly why we do what we do. We’re really happy it arrived on time, looks beautiful, and that it’s getting all those compliments. If you ever feel like sharing a photo, we’d love to see it, but either way, thank you for trusting us with something that matters this much. Wishing you both all the best.❤️ The Best Brilliance Team

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
We were looking at rings at regular Jewelery stores, but couldn’t find the right fit. We tried a few online stores, but didn’t trust the process based on reviews. We came across Best Brilliance and everything changed! The customer service has been AMAZING! Before ordering the ring, I had questions. A few were immediately answered by Mary via e-mail and I was given a phone number where I reached Julienne. She went over all of my questions and gave me more than enough information to place an order. If you are searching for a service that wants your business, look no further! These people have been AMAZING!!! I cannot wait to post again when my ring arrives!!!

Making sure you feel confident, informed, and taken care of is exactly what we stand for. We can’t wait for you to receive your ring and look forward to celebrating that moment with you.
