What made my experience great with Best Brilliance was that they were in constant contact with me on what was happening with my order. The whole process did take awhile but it was understandable because they made the ring from scratch, so the making and polishing and just the overall process on making sure the ring that I picked was even better in person was amazing. I spoke to Paul today who made everything all better. A stone had fell out of my ring right away and could not get anyone to respond or return an answer to my emails about same my phone number is (651) 271-8152 I did not receive a phone call or a voice mail message either today I did receive a call and I was able to speak to Paul and I do very much appreciate it your customer service is great!
