Best BrillianceReviews of bestbrilliance.com

Like others I was a bit skeptical about buying jewelry online, especially spending a lot of money without actually seeing the product. But I have to say after waiting while it was being made, and then getting the package and opening it I was completely blown away. It is an absolutely stunning Alison Moissanite Bridal Set, and seeing the incredible value and craftsmanship I got from Best Brilliance for the money spent is beyond words. I just can’t stop looking at it….. This experience has been nothing short of perfect for me, and I know my soon to be fiancé will never forget opening this box when I give it to her. I want to thank the whole best brilliance team for their work and care on this order.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Best Brilliance for my engagement ring. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. The team made our special day even more memorable with their attention to detail and genuine care. When I had a mix-up with the ring size, they handled it with such professionalism. Without any hesitation or questions, they quickly remade the ring, demonstrating their true commitment to customer satisfaction. The speed at which they completed the resize was remarkable – they clearly understood how important this piece of jewelry was to us. The quality of their work is outstanding, but what really sets Best Brilliance apart is how they treat their customers. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our engagement. I would highly recommend Best Brilliance to anyone looking for fine jewelry, especially for such important life moments. A five-star experience throughout the entire process.

Easy website to follow. Loved being able to build my own ring with my fiances dream design.

For our 39th anniversary, I decided that I would like to get a lab grown diamond ring. My husband took me first to three local retailers to see what kind of stone and setting I would like. Obviously my favorites were way out of our budget! When we got home hubby found some online websites offering lab grown diamonds so we started comparing what they all had to offer. We both felt that the Best Brilliance website was by far the best one to work with. The setting selection was huge and it was very easy to customize to exactly what I wanted. I ended up getting the diamond and setting of my dreams for less than half of what the local retailers were offering. I highly recommend Best Brilliance to anyone looking for a gorgeous piece of lab grown diamond jewelry.

Fast response, great communication throughout the process, and worked extremely well with me on my shipping concerns

My purchase appraised at twice what I paid. My wife’s expression alone was priceless. Take a few minutes on line and educate yourself about diamond quality. It helps to understand what you are getting for your money. The tension laden anticipation was worth it when the order arrived.

Absolutely beautiful!!!!

Awesome team start to finish. We’re sooo helpful.
