I am absolutely blown away by Best Brilliance. First and foremost, the ring my husband bought is unbelievably beautiful! The stones, the gold, the design… breathtaking. Their customer service values you can tell they take very seriously. Every single time I reached out with a question they responded within the hour, sometimes minutes. My husband ordered the Melanie ring in rose gold. I had concerns about the center pear shaped stone having only three prongs which apparently is standard. They assured me three prongs was secure however they took the time and care to have my ring made with five prongs. Such amazing care and concern to craft beautiful pieces for their customers.
