Better than Expected
It's hard to find reputable companies especially in today's day and age. I must say, the ring was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. It was exactly as imagined but better. We will be purchasing another in the future. Any update or question I had during the process the team responded immediately. The con-we kept getting the run around of when it would be delivered. It was changed about 3 times, which was frustrating because we had to change the date of our wedding due to it. So for any future buyers, if your carat size if on the bigger size, it will take longer than anticipated or projected. Overall I'd give them a 4.5 for sure. And as I stated prior, we will be purchasing in the future. Thank ya'll for everything!
