Greatest experience I have ever had! Lisa was super helpful and answered all my questions within minutes of sending email. After getting my jewelery had to send it back to be resized. Lisa again responded super fast to email and explained in detail how to send jewelery back with tips to make it as easy and quick as possible. 10 out of 10 would recommend best brilliance because of Lisa's customer service alone. The diamond was exactly as shown on website and jewelery was better than I expected!

Very nice quality, she loved it. The rings were too big so we had to send them back for resizing, each ring comes with a one time complimentary resize. They did a great job and we received the ring back within a week and a half, very quick and it turned out great, but the only bad thing, most people probably do not think about much, I asked if they didn’t mind sending the side stones to me that they had to remove for making it smaller, considering I paid for them, only 1 small diamond per ring I believe, but they did not send them, so the resizing is not technically free or complimentary because diamonds cost money, that is the only negative, although great overall experience.
