There name speaks for itself. The engagement ring I brought for my fiance was brilliant.
Great customer service! I was out of town and was not able to pickup my package upon delivery. The carrier was getting ready to send the package back to Best Brilliance. They did everything in there power to make sure that the carrier held on to my package. I was able to keep my plans and propose to my soon too be wife. Thank you Best Brilliance. Oh not to mention, the ring was phenomenal.

Above and beyond
I came back to update my review Paul called me personally to make things right which is much much appreciated, I had ordered a ring that was too big for my taste, I was in a predicament since I am leaving the country for a few months so I wasn’t sure if I’d have time for an exchange, Paul reached out today, gave me multiple options of beautiful rings that would make it to me in time before my departure in a few days and even offered me a loner ring to use if I didn’t like those which is above and beyond what I expected, I ended up choosing one of the options he sent as it’s beautiful and I’m looking forward to wearing my ring during my travels. Thank you Paul for going above and beyond to make sure I have my ring!

Julieanne deserves a raise for helping with our crazy requests. I question a company that would not promote a woman with this much congeniality and knowledge to an upper management position. She was the main reason we chose to purchase this ring.
