Paul and Julieanne are amazing to work with on custom jewelry! They brought a very complex design into reality. Quality of the craftsmanship and the diamonds are impeccable. I was able to return my original purchase to get a custom designed ring through their upgrade program. The whole process was very smooth and I will be a return customer!

It was a very positive experience. I was really nervous about the purchase both before and after, and I asked a lot of questions, and someone always answered me within an hour or two. The ring is gorgeous. I never thought I’d have something so nice for the price. I bought one of the clearance items and I probably will again in the future. The ring arrived on time and in very impressive packaging along with the IGI certificate.
