Hi Chuichi, I am sorry that you did not see that our bike fit is a paid service. There is no intention to scam anybody. We actually communicate the price at the start of the bike fit in the largest font size available on our website. https://bestbikeadvice.com/nl/en/bikefitting/ We have to ask your email before you pay in order to guarantee that we can send you your bike fit report after payment. In the beginning we did this the other way around resulting in some people buying the bike fit but never getting the report. We have invested a lot of time and money to create a very sophisticated online bike fit. And we are not in the business of data monetization (unlike for example Google). So our business model fully dependents on the small price that we ask. If you are looking for free services, you know you are paying for it in a different way. If you want us to delete your email, you do have to contact us.
