It took a while to receive my order. I like the tops I ordered; wish they came in petite as I'm 5'. I can tuck two of the tops. The red top I thought was a sweater and it's not. Overall, I like what I ordered. They said it was coming from Wisconsin, but in tracking came from California, then to Indiana and Missouri. So, I do believe they came from China. False advertisement. Not made in America!!!

This company is Chinese. Their customer service stinks! I placed and order and within 3 hours emailed them to change a size. They said it was already shipped but I didn't receive it for a month. Very slow to respond to emails and have not been able to get a return label of a refund. Beware!!!!

Love the shirts. They fit well and washes up nicely.

Although they advertise the garments being made in the USA and shipped from New Jersey, the packages say Made in China. There was a tag under the tag on the outside package was obviously Chinese, not from New Jersey. My PayPal was debited from somewhere in China. The shirts are nice, however they are not exactly what the pictures show. the sleeves are very long. This company has several different names on Facebook. Shipping took a month.

I ordered 8 tops on October 20, 2021. The money was taken out of my account on that day. I didn't receive my order until November 10th. The clothes are very disappointing, cheap fabric, terrible sizing .I have been requesting a return authorization everyday since then and haven't received any reply. They have a 30-day return policy and this is how they make you keep their items, they let the 30-days expire so that you're STUCK with their inferior items.

Soooo happy with my purchase... 3 long sleeve tops. However, keep in mind that your purchase may take a month or so to arrive so "patience" is the word of the day. I'm always a little concerned with companies I've never done business with but I love the idea that this is American made product with no middle man so that's why I decided to give them a try. They were excellent in communicating with me when I sent an email asking about my order taking so long. I would imagine they use the most inexpensive shipping method (I don't blame them) when sending out orders to save money so once you've been told the order has shipped... it may take 10 days or more to receive. Again, they were superb with honest, direct communications when I questioned "where is my order". Now for the good stuff --- excellent fit, quality and cuteness for all 3 tops that I received. I am 5'6" tall, weigh 135 and the medium size fits perfectly. I have fairly long arms and the sleeves fit very well so if you have shorter arms the sleeves may be a bit long. I will definitely be purchasing more product from Besoia in the future!

Any company that doesn't have a customer service number to call, and doesn't respond to emails at the one email address they give you, shouldn't be trusted or used. It took a month to receive my package (although they sent me an email after 2 weeks saying it had been sent), and one of the items had very odd sizing (the bottom fit a size 12, but the top was for someone who didn't even wear a A cup). And guess what? There's no way to return it! They won't respond. But they sent me an email asking me to give them a good review! Don't use them. 11/25/21 update: After I posted this review (and one on their website, which will never be posted), they suddenly did email me and reimbursed me. They never told me how to return the weird dress. But I don't think it's worth the stress, I still don't recommend them.
