Terrible. Just terrible. Ordered 2 sweatshirts in October 2021. It's now December 17th. Nothing received. Emailed my complaint and keeps promising delivery and apologizes for the delay bc of Covid. I thought I was ordering within the US. No so. Dont waste your money. Not reputable. UPDATE: I received my order on December 24th. I am not disappointed with quality. However because of such a delay I will not be ordering from them again.

Products do NOT look like what's pictured. Designs are just pixels and they won't refund your money. NOT made in USA. From Dubai.

I ordered three items on November 13 and was billed $102 immediately. To date, I have received nothing. I received an email with an invalid tracking number on December 1 claiming my order shipped. They just keep claiming the items are “in transit” but won’t provide a valid tracking number. They obviously aren’t being shipped from inside the US. They are so far refusing to refund my money for the products I’ve never received. Total SCAM!

Return policy is awful!!! Buyer beware. I bought a dress that is NOTHING like the picture or description. I went on the site and you only have 30 days to return, but must first send them an email so they can authorize the return. I received the garment on 11/30 and requested the return auth on 12/1. I am still waiting for a response!!!!

I ordered 4 items and 3 of 4 had construction flaws. Their website states 30 day return policy and MADE IN USA. Packaging clearly states MADE IN CHINA. Fraudulent advertising! I requested return for refund of 3 of the 4 items and they offered me $15 for $100+ cost! I said no and the offer was bumped to $25. So far no further response. What a scam, do not buy from this company.

I hesitate to even give this company one star! Although I finally received my order the clothes are very cheep, some items are not the color that I ordered, the material is paper thin so I don't know how it will launder. And of course NO RETURNS. The website indicates a USA company with the address in Indiana. This is not true, its Chinese. The clothes do not have labels, no material description. Do not order from this vendor!

I purchased several tops from the company. First it took almost a month to get the items actually shipped. Most of the tops were great! Unfortunately one of the tops did not fit. I contacted the company and was asked to keep the top and they would give me a $7 refund. I again explained that the top did not fit. They then informed me that they would give me a $13 refund for a $35+ top. It was that or I would have to pay to send the top back to them. I found out the hard way that they do not have a true free return policy. Buyer beware!

Why is this site giving Besoia a 4 Star rating? This company is nothing but a scam. Just read the 1 star reviews. That is really what this company is all about because they all have had the same experience and mine is no different. I spent $280.93 on their clothing. I followed their size chart and 3 of the 7 dresses fit. I tried to return the others and like everyone else, I was told to keep the items and they would reimburse me $70 for items which cost me $155.96. That is $85.96 of my money they want to keep. I responded that I would not accept their "offer" and I am waiting to see what they do. This is outrageous! Something should be done about this type of fraud. I thought their prices were high to begin with, but their pictures make the clothing look so pretty and I do admit they are pretty, but the material they are made out of is not. Change your rating on this site because 4 stars will sway many people in the wrong direction.
