bertello.comReviews of bertello.com

Part of the original kickstarter program. So far have received half my order with no eta on the 2nd half. Been waiting 2 years now. A chunk of the original backers still haven't received any of their orders and occasionally post to kickstarter about it. From what im reading it seems like they still aren't delivering products on time, they're selling something that might never ship, and their customer service is still a joke. Good luck to anyone that gives them money, and good luck on getting it back.

While the idea of using propane and wood is good, the propane burner that Bertello offers is horrible. I have had constant issues with the thermocouple and have to clean it every time I use it for any hope that the Bruner stays on. The customer service is horrible as I started in April, get ignored, start over, make a little progress, then get ignored again, and then asked to start over again. I have been asked 4 times for my order number. Eric Thomas, I am assuming he is the one with the 5 star review, is the customer service contact and he constant fails to provide any help.
