Great service on the berries and cheesecake and way better quality than the competition. One big complaint. Don't offer the Godiva Chocolates if they ship completely separate. The chocolates did not arrive when they were supposed too. Hopefully they show up today.

I needed to cancel my order due to the recipient going to the hospital. I tried to cancel the order 30 minutes after I made it and they refused to cancel the order. RUN from this company. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Your company is always consistent, I have tried other companies and have always had issue. I also saw the new salted caramel and had to try

Ordered flowers with an upgrade of Godiva chocolates for a relative's birthday. The flowers arrived on time but the chocolates shipped two days later. Both items showed same delivery date at the time of order, then changed chocolate delivery date after payment processed. This is terrible service.

The flowers, chocolates and strawberries were delivered on time. My wife loved everything and I am happy with the service. I will definitely order from Shari’s Berries again.

I wanted to send a get well experience to one of my friend’s who recently had surgery! So, sent her the Shari Berry’s experience! When the package arrived, she immediately opened it; and, was impressed how the berries looked! And, she was definitely amazed how they taste!

Horrible experience! I ordered flowers for my friend who just lost her parents and realized that she would not be in town to receive them so I canceled the order within 5 minutes. They still charged me and I never received a refund after 5 days. I then ordered another basket after canceling the first order and they were never delivered to my friends Celebration of Life for her parents. I am so disappointed in this company.

More like SHART Berries, not Shari's. Placed an order for 12 chocolate covered strawberries that were decorated like ladybugs for an important day. They arrived and looked like they had IUDs on their heads and a kindergartener made them. I contacted them and asked for a refund. They offered to send a replacement the next day instead. That replacement was never delivered. So i asked for a refund, which they gave. Basically, they blew it on a very important day and offered me nothing in compensation. I will never order from them, 1-800 flowers or any of their sister companies again. Their customer service is horrible. Thanks for blowing it Shari's berries!
