I placed an order on May 8 for Mother’s Day on May 12. They put my delivery for May 9 and would not let me change or cancel the order. The representative is not American and u can barely understand them with the heavy accent. Poor understanding of my concern and straight lies on my order. I placed the order at 8am and tried to correct at 830am but was told my order already shipped out; my tracking only stated confirmed. It’s unbelievable and I will never order from them or recommend them.

Berries were delivered warm. They should be cold. The taste quality was not good also.

I was supposed to get a $14 credit and there was no way I could possibly put it on my bill

I buy from you about 4 or 5 times a year you have a lovely product delivered on time but prices are a bit high but my children live far away from me so it gives them joy I am going to have to stop ordering from you because I get E-Mails with discount codes but I can never use them so why send out discount codes

I contacted customer service through the online chat. My problem was solved and I didn't feel pressured. The company, Sheri's Berries really care's about the customer and listens to your concerns. I definitely recommend Sheri's Berries and will order from them in the future.

Order Never Showed Up! Ordered a dozen strawberries for a birthday present for next-day delivery as advertised. They never showed up. When I contacted Shari’s Berries, they told me the order would be delivered in 3 days!! No explanation! False advertising! And I paid extra for next-day delivery. They refuse to refund my money so I have contacted my credit card company.

I ordered over $200 of berries for family members for mother's day. Received an email saying I have a $14 credit that I can use. So, I ordered another dozen berries for my daughter in law and tried to use the discount code and it would not accept it. Very dissatisfied.
