The strawberries were starting to ferment. Disappointed.

Ordered flowers and berries for mothers day and was very disappointed with the quality of products. The flowers were wilted and turning brown in some spots and the berries were a lot smaller than what was advertised. I will never order from this company again. "Do not waste your money" a complete rip-off.

I usually get Shari's Berries for my wife and sister for special occasions and they absolutely love them. We received them today for Mothers Day and they were all but melted. The cooling pack was hot. The box was hot on the inside which isn't typical. The box was delivered around 11am and brought in around 2pm, so they didn't sit outside all day and it's only in the low 70's here. They were put in the fridge right away and were a bit soggy but still edible. Not sure what happened, but this was surprising.

I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for mothers day and received them yesterday. Today we celebrated mothers day one day early. The only thing my mom asked for this year was Shari's berries. She was so excited and opened the box took one out and took a bite and it was completely rotten! She tried another and another and they were completely rotten! I was mortified because that's the only thing she asked for. I complained and they are now sending me another but won't get here for till 4 days after mothers day! This was soooo disappointing. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else on such an important day! I can say after this I will not be ordering from them again.

Order is late, still an entire state away as of end of day on the delivery day. Representative couldn’t answer my question on how it’s packaged and if it’s prepared to withstand an extra day without refrigeration. Disappointed not only that my recipient didn’t get their gift but I paid for an on time delivery and I have no idea what condition it’ll be in. I’ve been on the receiving end of Shari’s Berries and was so impressed with my gift I wanted to pass it on to someone special, I don’t know if I’ll be ordering again now.

My kids 18 and 14 spend their hard earned money on this. The thought was there but the roses were tired and the chocolate strawberries were tasteless!!!! Even the chocolate had not taste. Beyond disappointing and kids money waisted.

I will never order from Sherry's Berries again. This order was never received. I had to ask for a refund three times. The customer service rep kept trying to get me to accept a late redelivery "at the first available date" and a coupon. However, I am still out a gift and have yet to gift my recipient. Very poor customer service. They don't back their product. Very disappointing. Never again. Now it will take 10 days to receive a promised refund that I had to ask for three times. And after asking twice for a confirmation email, was told it would take 1-2 days to even receive an email confirmation of the refund. They have changed for the worst.
