Ordered chocolates for Mothers Day and received them all melted. No care was taken to keep the chocolates cool. Looked like they had been in the sun all day. Using their horrible customer service "chat" option, it took over 30 minutes to even get offered a refund and I still don't have conformation of a refund. This company has gone way down hill.

I still have not received anything, and we are a day late. Nothing arrived for Mother's Day.

This was a Mother's Day Gift. The flowers did not come with the food packets that you put in the water for your flowers, which would have helped the flowers. Our mother is in her 80s and can't get out to purchase these tiny things. I know this may sound ridiculous. Something to consider for future purchases!

Highly Recommend! Got strawberries delivered to Mom for Mother's Day & she absolutely loved them...she even shared with Dad!! Said they were not only beautiful but also delicious...will be getting them again! Was a hit!! Also was delivered same day & earlier than expected!!!

I was charged an additional 30% for a service fee on my order. Very dissapointed with the extra fee.

I received a box of chocolate covered strawberries for Mother’s Day. To my surprise, the quality of the strawberries was terrible. Not only were the strawberries different sizes but they arrived cracked and all over the place. The strawberry were so ripe that they tasted past the eatable state. So disappointed with the quality of these strawberries. I have received these before and they were excellent, don’t understand what happened. 😔 I wish I was able to attach a picture of what I received.

I have always used Sherries Berries as far I can remember. But recently I have been very disappointed. Last year I ordered for Mothers Day the berries. They came spoiled. This mothers Day (today) My mom received flowers but no berries. Arrived very late. Whatever you are doing you need to change it. You just lost a loyal customer

I wish I could give it zero stars! I’ve never had them before and got them for Mother’s Day today. Horrible!! Cheap chocolate and tacky presentation, you’re better off getting chocolate covered strawberries from Jewel Osco. I never leave reviews but this was a must!
