I need serious help, please!
I think I'll love my bernette d70 but I may not find out! I downloaded the user manual but the file is too big to print out on my home printer. It just prints the headings. I went to Kinkos FedEx to get it printed out but the file is too large to mail to them. I keep getting messages that it can't be emailed because it exceeds the size of 26 something? I called the Bernina store and they said they can't help me. So I thought if I tried to print it out in small sections I may get it, wrong, it still won't print correctly. Bernina needs to do much better than this. The instructions clearly say not to try to operate without first reading the instructions. Well Bernina, I'm trying but what are you going to do to make this happen? On the other hand the transaction of buying the machine was great, lot of good that's doing! I'm stuck with no more ideas. Help! I went back to the store and they were very helpful. They gave me the book on the thumb thing and I was able to take it to the printers. Thanks World of Sewing Raleigh!
