bought a very expensive master bedroom suite at Stacey furniture in Grapevine, Texas. The quality has been HORRIBLE. WIthin 10 months the entire top of both nightstands' finish was wearing off and looked horrible I reached out to Stacey's and they sent someone out. They only cover the warranty if Bernhardt agrees. Bernhardt declined the claim and consequently I had to pay someone to REFINISH the two nightstands. ($500) I will never purchase any Bernhardt again and never shop at Stacey's. Poor customer service and poor quality. No file chosen

Purchased living room set 4 years ago, have regretted it for the last 3 years.

I had a bad experience with them. The bedroom set I purchase all have defects and it's a very poor quality. The set is called Foundations I got 2 nightstand and 1 dresser and all 3 have scratches a paint problems and drawers that don't close or misaligned. This set is promoted as a high end product and it's expensive so I was expecting to get a nice quality bedroom set but I didn't.

We purchased a sofa from bears furniture. In Jacksonville, Florida, 4 years ago have tried to reach out to them 3 times and left messages about ordering replacement cushions. Because these things have not held up well at all. Especially for the price that we paid for this furniture i have left my name and number with your furniture company twice also directly.And nobody will get back to us, not from the furniture company.That I bought it from not from your corporate office.Shame on you folks
