I don’t like the fact that there is no customer service available to the customers I feel that if you are making a purchase with a company there should be customer service available if there is a issue with your order the customer service is no good I had to contact you guys through email only that sucks no Phone number to contact customer service

Prompt response from customer service. Even during the weekends. Amazing! I love their products. My first Bernardo jacket was bought from Nordstrom about 1.5 years ago. I’ve loved it ever since. I just wish that style came back. Came with a side zippers.
