I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lisa at Bernardo Support! I purchased a Bernardo trench coat from a secondary retailer, but unfortunately, the belt was missing. It was the last coat available, and Bernardo was also completely out of stock of both the jacket and the belt. I reached out to customer support, and Lisa went truly above and beyond to help me. She told me she would see if there was any fabric left so that a replacement belt could potentially be made. Not only did she follow through, but she actually went the extra mile to have a belt manufactured and shipped to me completely free of charge! I was absolutely blown away by her kindness, initiative, and dedication to making sure I was taken care of. She could have simply told me there was nothing available, but instead she found a creative solution and personally made sure it happened. Lisa provided the kind of exceptional/ memorable customer service that will leave me a loyal customer for life. She is a true asset to Bernardo, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything she did. Excellent customer service!! I lost my packable sack that goes to the down feather vest. And they don't sell those anymore, but this customer service agent found one, and sent it to me free of charge!! Its beautiful and perfect, thank you!! 5Stars!!!

Over 30 years, I have enjoyed Bernardo coats. The quality and style and durability is undisputed ! I still get compliments on a suede coat with fur trim and removable lining that I purchased more than 20 years ago. I have recently made a purchase and had to contact customer service to correct what I had omitted on the order. The customer service team makes you feel heard and respected and are gracious in their interactions with you and were able to go above and beyond my expectations. My experience with Bernardo's customer service was top notch. I really loved the coat I purchased (very cute and well made), but unfortunately it just did not work for me, and they were very quick and helpful in expediting my return. Will definitely purchase from Bernardo again.

I recently purchased two coats from Bernardo and EVERYTHING about the experience was EXCEPTIONAL. The coats were gorgeous, chic, extremely well made, reasonably priced, and very high in quality. One of the coats, the mixed-stitch long quilted coat, is now truly my favorite coat of all time. I did need to contact customer service about applying a discount that was offered when you sign up for their emails. The online rep was friendly, responded quickly and professionally… and was OUTSTANDING in resolving my issue. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
