Was partnered with Benworth Capital through Womply. I had all of the correct paperwork, a bank account with business name, state business registration papers, I made sure I read the instructions thoroughly and carefully, and I waited patiently. Was funded for both 1st and 2nd after waiting about 25 days for each. I can only say that those of you here complaining had better check your paperwork before suing Benworth. Womply/ Benworth just scammed me out of my ppp loan. SBA disbursed my money to Benworth . Went to Borrower funded to Lender Funded back to Borrower funded now back to update bank info with Email from Benworth saying the attempted to fund my account but bank didn’t except . BS nothing was attempted according to my bank . Telling me to open up another account . I have 2 days . Also telling me don’t open account in a bank or credit union But FDIC bank What? That’s ridiculous . I’m going after them for fraud. Can’t believe I ended up with these scammers and I’m suing them for more money that I was approved for mental distress also. I have a great lawyer👍👍

After waiting since April 20th for my 2nd loan that has been in” Application Secondary Review”.i took a chance and sent an email to get an update( i also sent previous emails to no avail). Ironically, they replied... 10 min later my loan status was declined

I was on the phone with Benworth capital today to discuss the loan forgiveness paperwork and was told they would have someone talk to me at the end of the month, that they were not filing those apps til after July 30th. The foreign speaking gentleman said he would forward my inquiry to the forgiveness program.

I never received my first draw loan I was approved for on April 29th. I have contacted both Benworth and Womply multiple times, each one blames the other or conveniently "misread" the information when they do respond, neither answer their phones, and one of them has our money! What exactly can we do about this? This is federal program. Where do we file a complaint?

Does anyone have a lawyer? I’m wanting to get involved on a class action against Benworth and Womply. My paperwork came fast but haven’t received a penny… these people should be held accountable. If anyone has info on a class action please let me know. Tonyaharmon on Facebook

Promissory Note signed 3 weeks ago and not funded. 5 emails have been sent and no response They do not answer the phones.

As I read all the people who have been scammed by Womply/ Benworth . They have an office in Miami . Its time we get a civil suit against them.The SBA are doing research on them. I’ve connected my lawyer he’s on board and also is Help me Howard. We will get are money.They are going to be sued for millions of dollars . Don’t even bother or waste your time for a response from them . That BS is over . Keep all your records even the congratulations email from womply. This will benefit us . They will be out of business soon and we will receive are 1st and second draw.
