Its been a complete nightmare. My friends have had no issues - however I like many others ended up with lender Benworth. My status has said borrower funded for weeks. I haven't received a penny. Now I can't seem to apply for the second draw. Its impossible to speak to anyone at Womply or Benworth as they have taken down their phone lines and stopped responding to emails. If I don't get my forgivable loans I plan to hire a lawyer.

I have contacted the SBA in reference to Benworth Capital LLC. I was reluctant since my first PPP draw was funded extremely slow but funded nonetheless. I have been waiting on my second draw to be deposited into my account for about a month. That would make this whole process over two months. This company has absolutely no working phone numbers and all my emails have been bounced back to me even though I went through their own website to ask about funding on my second draw. I also requested information from the SBA about reapplying with my own bank. I don’t know what the breakdown is whether it’s through Womply Fastlane or through their own practices since neither company has any customer service whatsoever.
