Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale.That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

choice parts, great service
I originally called them about an 90s Chorus headset part and they were so helpful that I now get all my cycling needs from them. Website is well designed, easy to navigate. Call them for NOS/specialty parts.

Very reliable vendor
I've had two transactions with Ben's cycle. The first was my screw up: I accidentally ordered the wrong item. Ben's could not have been better at quickly canceling the order and keeping the transaction from posting to my credit card. The second purchase was for a small item that I couldn't find anywhere else. Excellent service, especially considering the small amount of dollars involved.

Nailed it.
Needed a new tire. (Continental Force - the rear tire of the Attack-Force pair for road/TT/triathlon bikes.) Did a Google search. I'd never heard of Ben's Cycle before, but they came up and had a good price and free shipping. Easy to complete purchase. I assumed the tire would arrive in 7-10 days since it was free shipping. (There were other options that could guarantee the tire would arrive much sooner.) Wrong...Came USPS Priority Mail in 2-3 days. Very happy with the whole experience.

Great range, great price & great service
I couldn't get what I needed anywhere in Auatralia. Bens had exactly what I needed. The price was good and they didn't charge the exorbitant postage rates that Amazon wanted to charge.

Perfect.
Exceptionally perfect service, even if there is item not stocked guys do always get it within an appropriate time. Also most important for me is that they do ship to Russia and so far we did not have any issues (around ten shipments). Already recommended to couple friends and they are ordering from Ben's as we'll.

Everything I need, delivered quick, with fantastic customer service.
Have been ordering parts for the last 3-4 years from Ben's and have watched their online store grow to the impressive site it is today. I even own two wheelsets built by them that I ride almost every day. They've helped me with any sort of issues I've had and always seem to have exactly what I need. Not to mention epic sales and amazing prices.
