I ordered my seat post on a Tuesday and got here on Friday! Super fast . And the seat post fit great considering it's 30.9 pivotal! Wil probably be buying from them again soon.

I ride vintage and vintage style bicycles. New parts are usually difficult to source, and often expensive. I shop around for what I need, but usually end up purchasing from Ben's for all of the above reasons.

This is always my first choice for bike gear if our local shop does not have what I need. They are good to answer questions and my orders are always shipped quickly and correctly. Never have needed to return anything.

Ordering was typically easy and friendly internet ordering. What made a difference was how well the status of your order was relayed. Frequent notifications helped me know that my order was being processed and sent out, as well as knowing when it would arrive.

Love that you guys carry track equipment, wish you could be a little more competitive with Japanese domestic prices on stuff (I try to buy direct from them), but I know how it is. Great, quick service, no hassles. Thank you.
