Ever feel like you are just not sized right on your new bike? Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy? We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

I ordered a set of biking gloves from Ben's Cycle. Not only did they have the best price, but the shipping was very fast and the communication spot on. They provided a receipt immediately (no surprises there), sent a tracking number the moment it shipped, and followed-up with a survey the day it was delivered.

Very fast turnaround on my order. I'll probably shop a Ben's first, next time I need bike related items.

Purchased some Swiss Stop brake pads from Ben's Cycle. Best price I could find in cyberspace. Shipping was fast, communication was great. Thanks!

My father is a very huge cycling guy and put a specific Milwaukee Bicycle Company tshirt on his Christmas list, so after a quick google search, I found it available in his size and color on Ben's Cycle, ordered it, and it shipped after 1 day of processing my order. I am satisfied with the whole process and can't wait to see if my dad loves the shirt! :)

Grabbed a few rims and some wheelbuilding supplies, arrived quickly and packed well. Thanks,

Purchased a hub. Subsequent email sent requesting info regarding spoke length. Received reply within a few hours. Perfect customer/retailer relationship. Will shop again. The web site is easy to navigate and the search function works well.

I shop online a lot for my bike parts and getting reasonable prices for specialty items is sometimes a total pain. Either you have to order them at ridiculous shipping costs, or the prices are jacked by the random eBay sellers and whatnot. This is not the case with Ben's Cycles. Every item I saw in their online store has a reasonable price, be it tools, parts, tires, cables, you name it! They have a wide selection of affordable quality wheelbuilding supplies (a rare sight online!), and lots of high quality bits and pieces for often unbeatable prices. Their staff are also very helpful and responsive, and they even offer a free wheel building service!!! If you want to shop for bike supplies at "online-level" prices, but with a great LBS customer experience, this is the place!
