Ever feel like you are just not sized right on your new bike? Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy? We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

My new bike build required a handful of odd parts that were not readily available, and especially not at one location. A quick look at Ben's website and a call to their order desk located all of the parts I was looking for, plus they matched the best prices I found on the Internet. I'm a new fan who will be back

Ben's Cycles was one of the only shops that had my size in stock. The transaction was easy and the shipping was fast.

I had bought a pair of Sriracha socks from another vendor and they never showed up so I ordered another pair from Ben's Cycle just ten days before Christmas day. With no promise of a pre-Christmas arrival at all I just took a chance on them. The very next day I received my receipt via email and the next day I received a shipping confirmation and the socks arrived here two days after that. This is the busiest time of year for online ordering and I am very pleased with the item and with their prompt order processing and shipping. Thanks Ben's Cycle! Teddy Sacks Fishers, IN

Xmas gift for my son. Had a hard time finding it. Ben's had it, got it to me quickly, and had free shipping on this first order. So far so good. It was an "asked for" item so I can presume it will be liked!!!
