Ever feel like you are just not sized right on your new bike? Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy? We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

I recently place an order with Ben's Cycle for a pair on MKS Ezy detachable pedals for my folding bike. They were one of the few dealers I could find with this item in stock and in the black color. Not only did they process the order quickly, but they shipped it in a timely manner. I received the order in California within a couple of days. I'll be checking with them again when I need another part for my bike. Thanks for the great service.

As they said, prompt, efficient.

I ordered a saddle. Not only did these guys price match, they also gave me $20 off as a friendly incentive/nudge to get me to get off the pot and buy the saddle (a $230 Giles Berthound). I'm really happy with Ben's Cycles. For years I've browser shopped their amazingly comprehensive catalogue... this is my first follow-through with a purchase, and I'll certainly be coming back.

Got my order fast -- much faster than I expected -- at a great price. Can't ask for more than that.

I am a first-time customer of Ben's Cycle after it came up on the Answer Products website as a place to purchase an Answer stem on-line. Email communication was superb and I received my order within three days, including Christmas day. I would definitely recommend this on-line site for bicycle products!

I have order almost three complete builds of parts from them and always get it fast and accurate to what I wanted. Awesome place

Matches prices as promised. Fast shipping. Friendly support from Matt. I ordered the Gilles Berthoud Galibier saddle on Saturday and received it on Wednesday, Christmas eve! Too early to give a critique on the GB saddle (have less then 100 miles), but feels good like Brooks Swallow leather saddle. Reason for getting the GB is the appearance, like the brass screw fittings with laser etched engraving and wider rear seat width. Cheers, Mike
