Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale.That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

excellent service
Both time ive order items from bens cycles and the packages have arrived on time and all items were there, very good deals on bike parts, im super stoke that bens cycle sells inexpensive mallet heads for bike polo, received my mallet head today and was impressed of the quality of the item which only cost me 5 dollars now i can toss that old eight inch head in the garbage. Very good head for those who are not trying spend 25 30 dollar on a head plus you can also buy at cap which i did and am looking forward to playing polo tomorrow keep up the good work and great service . - Noe Aguilar

Positive transactional experience, plenty of communication.
Appreciated the seamless order (it was my first time) and was pleasantly surprised by the e-mail notification from Ben's every step of the way -- without being bothersome. Just enabled me to know my order was seen, processed, en route.

Rambler Back Pack from Mission Workshop
I bought the Rambler backpack from Ben's Cycle on a Saturday during a 10% off storewide sale. The promotional code for the 10% discount did not work in the checkout (or I entered it wrong). Either way, I called their customer service line and left a message as it was the weekend and they were closed. First thing Monday morning I receive a refund to my PayPal account in the amount of the 10% discount. The back pack was at my doorstep literally two days later (free shipping). Excellent customer service. Very friendly. Fast shipping. Quality product. I will absolutely shop here again.

Delivering!
I like when a shop delivers on the front side of their delivery schedule. they said 1-3 days to ship, and it went out on day 1. two days later, the product arrives, as described... Good stuff, will visit Ben's again!

Awesome!
Great place! Im from Seattle and was looking for a few specific parts. I found them on Bens online shop. They were willing to price match them and were incredibly helpful when I called to ask questions; even spoke to a person who is an avid cyclist! Get that from your other online dealer. Highly recommended!
