Ever feel like you are just not sized right on your new bike? Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy? We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

I grew up in Milwaukee and have known about Ben's for year and years. I have started using them online for a couple of years and find them fast and convenient. I find they often have parts that other bike shops don't have. I always check on Ben's.

I liked how Ben's Cycle worked hard to communicate the status of my order. I knew exactly when my order was being processed and shipped.

I email Ben's Cycle whenever I have to source something I can't find easily at my LBS. The service is prompt, the advice sound, and the pricing has always been the best. I recently purchased a HED3 axle kit with Matt and had a fantastic experience. I saved about $20 on what my local shop was trying to charge me. On top of that, Matt emailed and called me to make sure I got exactly what I needed--stellar. Shipping was a scant 3 days and I had what I needed to get going:) Customer for life!

What I like is FACTORY FRESH bike parts, & that is what Ben's sent. Unopened Company wrappers proved it. Not worried to Re- order in future.

Fast shipping. Ordered on Saturday night, got an email it shipped Monday afternoon and I got free shipping so a big bonus! Shirts are American Apparel so they run a little small. My husband usually wears a medium I ordered a large (he already has a different one so I know it will fit). Great company and I know my husband will be happy when he gets it as a gift!
