Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy?We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale.That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

Pleasantly surprised
I was looking for a hard to find part. A Nitto seatpost. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Ben's Cycle not only had what I was looking for, they offered them at a reasonable price. The customer service was excellent and If I have any needs In the future I'll be sure to check with Ben's

Great site, great service.
I love to browse bike store websites. That said, Ben's is easy to navigate, and tons of stock. I have purchased here many times and everything has exceeded my expectations. I have bought Carridice,Nitto,MKS,Crane,(bell) and Park Tool. I live in Chicago western burbs, and my local B.S. does not carry these items. Hope to check out the brick and mortar store someday soon!

Genuinely helpful service!
On the website, I couldn't tell which 1 of 2 Nitto stem adapters had the dimensions I needed. I called and spoke to a guy (don't remember his name) who agreed that it was hard to tell by the dimensions given on the website. He said, "Well, I can just go get those two items, bring 'em to the phone and then measure anything you need to chose the correct one." That's the type of service you get in your LBS, if they know you well. Not common to get that over the phone. Really nice, they've won a new satisfied customer. (My LBS only stocks really common stuff)

Great product selection and excellent service
Ben's Cycle had exactly what I needed, and at a great price. Very knowledgeable people available on the phone and in the shop. The online order with price match was simple, and the in-shop pick up was easy.
