Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy?We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale.That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

Quick, Best Value and Correct Part
Best price on the internet, quick shipping (also free because I'm a first time customer). Would buy from again.

Seamless experience
Everything was great. Shipping and tracking as expected. Fast processing. Only complaint is that I found the same part at performance for $30 (25%) cheaper. That being said, Ben's appears to be a legit longstanding bike shop in their community so I'm not too butt-hurt.

Quick excellent service
Ordered a Brook's bike seat. I saw the same seat for slightly less money at another website, but decided to buy from Ben's Cycle to see if they were another good source of bike stuff. To my pleasant surprise, their website automatically did a price match to the lower price I viewed earlier. I made my purchase on a weekend and received confirmation first thing Monday, with added communication for shipment and tracking. Packaging was very good and I received my order as promised, in new undamaged condition, and at a good price. You really can't do better than that for my first order. Thank you. Gary
