Ever feel like you are just not sized right on your new bike? Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy? We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

Not only the nicest variety of components I've seen, but also patiently committed to support customer. Ben's Cycle is fast, my goods arrived earlier than other components I bought some days earlier from Germany ...... and I am living in Switzerland!

Called dealer to inquire about a bike I saw for sale on-line. I was very interested in the bike and promptly had my questions answered by Matt. He was very helpful and I was able to make the purchase over the phone. Three business days later my bike arrived in PA, properly packaged and all that I expected. A great experience so far. Now to get some miles on my bike!

The product that I ordered was out of stock due to a glitch in their inventory. I was advised that they would send a upgraded product that would work for the bike at no additional charge to me. The service was fast and the product arrived in a very timely manner.
