I've purchased a frame, and multiple components at different times from Ben's. In each case the online service has been fantastic, and shipping has been fast. I picked up on one occasion at the store and the owner himself (No, not Ben!) gave me a tour of the whole place and helped me with a seat post and stem choice. A great bunch of people with a great attitude and fantastic service.
