Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale.That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. opinion? the facts are: super quick shipment, timely info, great stuff... What opinion? ++++
Review of the rack is a bit premature. Yet: multiple geometries possible (so a bit fiddly to get right, nothing out of the way though, plus you get four hose type attachements, should you have braze ons for the rack, for whatever you want on the seat-stays (fantastic light attachments), great lower horizontal bar for lower mounting smaller panniers, already used as a very sturdy seat bag and tool bag, so what more?? Oh, yes, forgot: too light to have your best friend riding on your rear wheel...

These folks immediately took in my bike and fixed the brakes to ensure that the Father's Day present I was ready for my husband the next day. Somehow it only cost $27. You can't go wrong with these folks.

Great place to get bike parts quick
I needed a short quill stem and Ben's was the only place that had the one I needed. The price was good and the shipping was quick. Ben's will now be in my rotation of sites I shop for my bike parts.

What is not to like?
I'm always satisfied with the parts and service of Ben's cycles. The staff is amazing, the quality of the parts is top notch, and pricing is more than reasonable. Don't waste your time by going elsewhere.

Good product, fair price, good service
The bike bag we ordered looks to be a great product, and the price was fair. Shipping service from Ben's Cycle was quick; the bag arrived very promptly. We would order from Ben's again.
