They sent me the 6800 bottom bracket when I ordered the 6700 bottom bracket. I then called and asked and was told that the 6800 bracket would work and used the same tool as the 6700. It did not however. Now I am stuck with a bottom bracket I can not use and too big of a pain to send it back and go through all that hassle. I have just ordered a new tool and am hoping that the 6800 will work with my bike that has a 6700. After all this I ordered a new tool and it worked greatly. They also refunded me the cost of the tool. Very customer service oriented and I will shop here again.

Hard to find parts at a good price with good shipping turn around!

this was my first order with Ben's Cycles, hence the four star rating. I will order again in the near future and if my experience is the same I will give Ben's a five star rating. Ben's has good prices, selection of parts and the best service.

Ben's has great components and some hard-to-find stuff. I bought a Keirin brake and asked that it be express shipped (in time for the weekend). It took two days of processing before the item shipped (I guess that's reasonable) but my main gripe is that the brake was shipped in a much too small box that became damaged and was delivered opened. Luckily the break was still in the box but if there was anything else in the box it would have surely been lost. Next time, please ship in a properly fitted box.

As the title says. Slow shipping, but not a deal breaker

I've made a handful of purchases from Ben's in the last few years. Lately, I've gone to them for custom wheel builds. They have a great selection of quality parts at reasonable prices.

Shipping was quick and easy, though there was one wrong sized bolt in order. Ben's Cycle was quick to respond to the issue and sent out a replacement immediately.
