Ever feel like you are just not sized right on your new bike? Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy? We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

We purchased Sriracha Wool Crew Socks but were limited to purchasing only 1 pair. We wanted to purchase 6 pairs. We purchased the others from another company. We were very satisfied with the speed of delivery.

Hi Larry, Unfortunately our supplier is out of those socks and we only had one pair left in stock. Wish we could have been you one stop shop! Sorry for any inconvenience.

Tried to match price but Ben's Cycle got back to me after I purchased item since it was taking so long to hear back. Super bummed.

Thanks ZMon for the feedback and we are really sorry for the confusion. Because of this feedback you have helped us realized the Price Match needed to be clearer as to when this feature is monitored. We have added the days and times that we monitor to the Price Match so that our customers know when their Price Match would be reviewed. Sorry again.
