My wife and I stopped in for the first time and was highly impressed with the selection and the staff. The product pricing was in-line with competitor stores, but had pieces that others don't carry. The laid-back environment made purchasing easier. I would absolutely recommend this jeweler to any of my friends, family and people looking for items.

I looked at quite a few stores to find a diamond. The service at any of the other stores didn't compare to that of Ben Garelick. No pressure, plenty of information, understood my needs, and ultimately won my business. I will definitely return. Their customer service is outstanding and their jewelry is top quality. They have a jeweler on site so if you need a ring sized or a repair made it never leaves their store front. Peter Jr. and his father (Peter Sr.) are always a pleasure and make you feel like family. I will never go anywhere else!!

Peter made an otherwise intimidating situation extremely comfortable. I was given background on diamonds and settings and honest answers to questions I had about pricing. There was a slight mix-up with the diamond and setting and Peter handled it better than I could have imagined. He honored a price that we agreed upon during my first visit even though, because of the mix-up, the ring I was receiving was much more expensive. I am confident in saying that I would not have received that treatment had I gone elsewhere and had there been the same mix-up. I will absolutely, without reservation, recommend Ben Garelick to family and friends.
